I was horrified to realize that Soulspeed is now closed. We have used them for routine maintenance since we moved to Austin 2.5 years ago. Does anyone have any other shop recommendations? No way I'm going to the stealership. To boot we started having problems with our A3 yesterday.

just heard about this from one of Collin's former coworkers, an owner now at Texas Track Works in Ft. Worth. we were both surprised and got no news about why. too bad, really.

sorry, i don't have any recommendation for austin since he was my guy when i lived there. but i suggest you call TTW and ask them. Forrest used to work with Collin, but there may be others at TTW who have some tips for you. their # 817-926-8863.

    good luck.

I talked to Colin on soulspeeds last day and he said he plans to still do auto work on the more mobile side don't quote me on it, that is what u understood. I'm sure you can still find him here on the vortex. You should contact him. I'll encourage him to start a thread.

Give Jason Pringle a ring over at JP Motorsports.

They take good care of our Volkswagen/Audi customers up in Austin.

SoulSpeed has updated their site to show what is currently happening. Collin will be at H2R (harris hill road) soon.

While SoulSpeed Performance has closed its doors at our 2600 Longhorn Blvd location in Austin we will be setting up trackside services at Harris Hill Road over the next month.

As the move finalizes we will update our site with more information.

Services will remain largely the same while being focused on track/race cars.

Updates will continue as the move to H2R takes place this month."
