Hey, you might want to remove those, your gonna get this thread locked
Few people understand the psychology of dealing with a highway traffic cop. A normal speeder will panic and immediately pull over to the side. This is wrong. It arouses contempt in the cop heart. Make the bastard chase you. He will follow.

reading about the original total recall, there was a sequel in play but it died however the script was modified and "Minority report" was born from it, again written by the same guy.

I'm so glad you brought up Philip K. Dick's stories. The show "Prophets of Science Fiction" on Discovery Science had a nice show on him and Hollywood. I had no clue of his books/short stories until that show aired.

I'm nervous about this since I was pretty pumped for Terminator Salvation...

Not sure how I feel about Farrell playing the lead either.

Colin Farrell was great in Minority Report and he was great in Fright Night. I'd bet he's going to be great in this one too. I liked the first Total Recall a lot. It was a very enjoyable film but this one, well, I am really jacked to see it. It might be the film of the summer IMO. Beckinsdale is actually a pretty good actress. She was a real surprise in Contraband, perhaps the only surprise in that film. I am looking forward to seeing how she does in this and can totally see her in the Stone role.

Booyah, this is a great movie summer!

Never cared much for Farrell either until Minority Report. This scene though changed my mind. His facial transformation from cocky douche to "Golly, I might really die here." in a split second is great. He was a hoot in Fright Night too. I think he will do fine in the role. Having seen the trailer for the new TR in the theater a few times now, I am on board. It looks great and I am looking forward to it.

No offense against Farrell but Statham is badass

Thought it was a nice summer blockbuster. The score might have been to monotonous, almost the same fast paced music throughout. Story was a little too simple, I wanted to be confused, but there wasn't anything to be confused about. Colin still doesn't hold the screen that well as a lead, but did the job. Found myself deciding between Biel and Beckinsale during the movie. English accent won.

i couldn't help but thinking what a fantastic three-way len wiseman had with his wife, kate beckinsale and jessical biel!.........

how do you think people get movies roles in hollywood?..........

    yeah babay!

as far at the movie went, it was a pretty good update with all the new effects and cgi.

I thought colin farrell was a bit one deminsional and the chemistry between him and the females was non exhistant..........

The first one was so much better. The storyline was so much more complex. This one just came across like I, Robot: 2. Dull story, great CGI though.
