When I turn my steering wheel at slow speeds such as leaving a parking spot and I turn the wheels I hear a popping sound. This sound doesn't happen at higher speeds and the handle steering is firm. Anyone have an idea of what this might be. I'm guessing it is the tie rods based on the research I have done. Does anyone have a different idea of what it could be??? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

grab the wheel at 9 and 3 and shake it left and right, if theres movement its a tie rod, inner or outer.

Are you lowered? Could be axles.

Thanks for the input. Ended up being an inner CV boot and both tie rods. Works great now with no popping
