WTB - late model e30 or mk1 rabbit / mk2 golf

Interested in something for fun, ideally would like a clean late model e30 (coupe or 4 door, don't care).
Mechanically can be poopy but body must be clean (a nor-easter can dream right?).
In light of the lack of nice e30's I would also be interested in looking at mk1 rabbits or mk2 golf/gti's (2 door only).
budget 2k-4k.
