I would rank iphone and the s2 about the same. iphone because of it's os and simplicity and the s2 for it's power, camera, screen, and it's mod ability.

Once you mod it it get's much better, and there's music apps like power amp for audio heads so they can adjust things like the equalizer, unlike iphone where you only have presets. There's much more you can do with android, but the os is still a little buggy.

ive got an htc inspire and i love the android os but the bugs in it make it not even worth it...cant wait to go back to the iphone when i can

A rooted android and a smart user will **** on any iFanboy any day because their products are over priced and under powered. That being said, people love iProducts because anybody can use their OS... until it errors. I don't think Apple will be on top for much longer. They don't dominate the Phone market anymore, but the tablet market is a whole different story. It's all about preferences of the user, I myself and many in the IT field will continue to avoid iAnything because of how closed source it is. I want control of my device, Android devices offers that.

Android has only been nicely powered for slightly more then a year. When you have all these devices running android and everyone coming out with new phones every few months, the technology is gonna move quicker. Apple would have to come out with a 10ghz processor and DDR ram just to stay relevant between releases bc they are taking so long. That's not gonna happen but you get my point.

The only control you have over the iPhone, one rooted and one jail broke is the android phone will run any joe blows ROM you wanna run. That's a good AND bad thing.

Don't get me wrong, I love the iphone and apple, I have a macbook and it's the best computer I've ever owned. But one thing that annoys the hell of me is that apple is so concerned with it's marketing techniques and making money, that they purposely remove features they have the means to add just so they can implement in a later generation. Take the ipad 3 for instance, the retina display should've been implemented in the ipad 2. Pretty disappointed with how little improvement iPad 3 has over the second.

The retina display wasn't ready in time for distribution so they skipped it.

The way the new iPad improved over the 2nd is the same way the 4S is over the iPhone4.

My 4S ****s on my 4 even though only a few things were added.
The new iPad has a decent amount of things..the LTE 4G is a major upgrade..the screen, the camera, processor is better. Overall all around its an improvement over the iPad2. Don't get me wrong the iPad2 is awesome but the new one is just that much better. My dad just bought the new one and I'm on it more than he is.

i got iphone 4 and droid....sucks havin 2 bills.. but both has there pro and cons i like the adjustibility and customizations of droid but all in all iphone sets the standard and droid folows it

I live in Tampa/Clearwater. I just think its more the service provider that sucks at providing service. AT&T blows. I actually had jailbroke iPhones for my T-Mobile and I had better luck with them then the rest of my family who swears by them. I've got the Samsung Exhibit II 4G and its awesome. The only thing I liked more on the iPhone was the camera.

I'll have to concur to this. AT&T on my entire drive to FL last time, once I got south of Richmond, blew. i95 had nothing more then edge service. Tampa/Clearwater was a super spotty area too. My hotel which was ON the beach, didnt have service in the room.

it doesnt matter what at&t phone you have south of richmond. it wont work worth a ****. look at the coverage map for at&t, its in the pudding.

tmobile is king in the south. when we move, i'll be switching back to tmobile.
