Do you have any details on the sway bars, such as diameter (front and rear) and the amount of stiffness per adjustment hole over stock. I am in the market and these look as attractive as the H&R's. Are the bushings "quiet" or do they require periodic greasing?

Will it be possible to match the VWR Cone filter to the Carbonio intake?

And on that note, is it possible to pair the VWR Intake with the Stage 2 Carbonio pipe?

I have doing a lot research on various coilover setup for DD and some weekend spirited driving. the following brand/model i have been looking at is kw v1s, h&r street coils and vogtlands. then now VWR streetsports not having much info on these coil but from what i have read they seem like this coils were design specifically for our cars compare to other brand which seem to be more general area covering wide area of cars manuf.

I am definitely interested in VWR coils but having limited info i am not sure. though Arin @ APR has giving his personal view on them which is great, I would like to read more personal experience about these coils.

I hope this is the last question I have for you Arin, as I imagine that curiosity will eventually get the best of the cat, but...

Is there a possibility of the VWR LSD seeing our shores anytime soon? I understand it's not exactly something that's easy to put into the car (especially so for the DSG) having read the description... but it'd still be nice to see it available to those daring few.

The VWR filter does not detach from the housing so it will not work.

And on that note, is it possible to pair the VWR Intake with the Stage 2 Carbonio pipe?
    I don't see why not!

These coils are popular on UK, South East Asis and Australian forums.

If you are anywhere near APR, I'll let you test drive my car.

In the US office we have it currently on the Golf R, MKV GTI, MK6 GLI and in the UK we have it on our Golf R. VWR has it on basically everything (Scirocco, Golf 5/6, beetle, etc etc)

so the pic of the GLI with the VWR wheels on your site has the VWR coilovers?

Well at least we can do the VWR/Stage 2 Hybrid and that's all that matters.

Right now I don't think we'll be carrying the LSD.

Bummer, well hopefully it gets added to the product list in the future, it'd be nice to be able to take the VW's to new handling limits with a quality part like the VWR LSD.

Want those sway bars so bad. But it's a little out of my price range.

    3. How well would the VWR Lowering springs work with an aftermarket strut that's designed to use the normal ride height of the car? (Ex: Koni FSD)
For what you're saying I assume that the Koni FSD must work pretty fine on normal ride cars, but there is a suspension kit that comes with Koni FSD and Eibach Sport Springs; so I don't think you'll have any issue if in your setup you use some not that aggressive lowering springs. IMO

Maybe some of you have seen this, and I'm sure APR is editing this for content / fitment, but HERE is more info on the brakes, including the multiple "bell" options.

Also more info on the rest of the line HERE.

Not trying to create confusion or misinform, just details direct from VWR.

Very cool stuff to lust after...

Ordered the springs yesterday, was waffling on the sway bars, but for the price, I went with the H&R's instead. I also wanted the quiet bushings. Will probably install at the end of April.

Arin, if these are listed as working with the s3 it should work on cars using the aluminum knuckles, right?

I don't see why not. We just installed TTRS knuckles on a Golf R and bolted the brakes right up.

Would the FSI intake work on a TSI if you extended the wires to reach the MAF mounting point?

Probably a dumb question, but how well do those springs work with the stock struts?

They are supposed to be designed to work with the stock struts. At least that is what I read. I should be getting my springs later next week and depending on my schedule, I will install next weekend or the following weekend.

No. the maf housing is a different size and extending the wires will alter the signal.

Better than stock but far from the coilovers.
