How many miles?

Ok my issue is probably a simple and possible easy fix but I need to know what to do. Pretty much you're accelerating more aggressively and the turbo kicks in in between 2000-3100 rpms the car gets the jitters like the turbo isn't getting enough air or choking or something like that, ive been told that it might be a vacuum hose but idk where the turbo is located to begin with let alone where the vacuum hose is. Has anyone else had this issue, it do please help or direct me in the direction I should go...thanks!!!
Also I have '02 passat 1.8T manual

Do you notice it in all your gears? Just 1st?

Are the "Jitters" misfires?
My car would misfire under aggressive driving conditions and it was caused by the spark plugs. I swapped in a new set and no more misfires.

When I say the jitters it feels like the car jerks a couple of times in succession but it's usually during 3rd and 4th gear and I haven't gotten any check engine lights or anything like that

Does the car continue accelerating or does it stop? Mine will be fine in the pest couple gears then consistently in 3rd I will shift and it won't accelerate. I will pump the gas and it takes off again. Is that the same thing as yours?
