hey guys just wanted to throw a pic of some MIG welding I've done. Just lookin for some feedback. This is an exhaust manifold im working on for my mkiv!

What part of the exhaust manifold is this for? It doesn't seem like you got any penetration in the root pass.

What kind of welder? At 31v, you should be pushing into that material pretty damn good

At 31v you're well above the transition to spray arc, hence all the BBs. Either drop the voltage (and wire feed) down to 17-20 and use 75/25 argon/co2, or switch to 98/2 argon/oxygen
You will not want to run that hot for an exhaust manifold. You'll burn right through the pipes. I'd be surprised if you go higher than 17 on 1.5sch40
You shouldn't have any, or very few, BBs. You probably also need to up your gas pressure. And make sure to clean the BBs off after every pass. If this is 70-s wire, ok. If it's stainless wire, lower the voltage lower than what I posted above.
I had to take a 6g 70s mig test once, 4" sch 80 1/8th open root, bend test. Ended up using 14v on the root and got a successful bend.
