Thread: FS: Many Scirocco parts - OBO - Must Go! - WI

  1. 04-03-2012 11:07 PM #1
    UPDATES***
    -Uploaded pics of the hatch
-cleaned up existing pics, removed duplicates, made sure part #'s are actually visible lol

*Also have a (running driving project) '93 BMW 318is 5speed for sale, I will be posting it on craigslist soon. Just thought I'd throw it in here to see if there is any interest

In the link below are assorted parts for an '88 Scirocco II. There are no prices listed. I'm looking for the best offer. All parts must go! I do not have space to keep them. Listed below are only some of the parts available. Each part has a quality, as is, photo which include model numbers for certain parts. These parts can include:

    Water Pump
    Coolant Reservoir
    Headlights
    Interior door panels
    Center console
    Grab Handles
    Seat Belts
    Various Interior switches
    Various Air Vents
    Radiator
    Fuse Relay Panel
Ignition w/ Key and Matching Hatch Key Cylinder
    Starter
    ECU
    Engine Block
    Brake Pads

When inquiring about parts, please provide the name of the picture (ie IMG_2594) as well as the part...you can get the name of the picture just by mousing over it. I am not familiar with all of the part names as I do not own a Scirocco, just have the parts that came with a car on a trade

Everything I have for sale at this time is in the pictures, unless noted! Please don't ask if I have anything else! Thanks for looking!

NOT PICTURED BUT FOR SALE:All exterior windows, excluding windshield.

Where in WI are you located? I'm guessing your '88 (late) hatch has the larger late rocco wing on it? Lastly have any pics?

    Have any taillights?
I can't tell what the parts are in the bags - some are motor mountings. Is one for the front at starter?
Is the rest of the fuel system as clean as the great looking fuel sender/pump holder? Is the Bosch pump 0 580 254 957?

I don't have any tail lights, all of the parts I have for sale are in the pictures except for the glass. I got rid of some of the duplicate pics in the link, the parts in the bag you should be able to read the part numbers off of them now. I don't know much about these parts, they just came with a car in a trade - I don't own a Scirocco.

Also, can't tell what the last numbers are on the bosch pump... 0 580 254 ?33 ? I'm looking at picture # WP_000168

Yep it has the larger wing I want.

Oh awesome, your like a 30 min drive away from me

I'll have to swing by some time and take a closer look at the hatch. Looks like it needs a little rust work but im sure its nothing too serious. Out of curiosity what's the lowest you'll take on it? I dont really need it as my current hatch is fine, but if the price is right I am very interested
Also always cool to meet another vortexer

Actually, you are probably closer... parts are west of FDL a few miles, a block off of hwy 23.

    Sent PM about pricing.

Fuel Pumps: what is the make of the in-tank pump?

Can you show the entire Bosch in-line pump? 0 580 254 033/ 69587 comes with a large strainer hiding the inlet. Used on a 1988 Golf GTI 16v for example.

I will take a look this Saturday when I make the trip to the shop where the parts are stored.
