I am selling 1 of my Tecnocraft T4 seats in Carbon/Kevlar, the seat itself weighs in @ 6lbs and comes with side brackets. All you need is a Sparco or Wedge Engineering base to make it work.

    $1100 shipped obo

They're actually super comfortable as long as you aren't too WIDE. I sat in one and I'm just a little too wide for it. My hips hit the Carbon just outside the pad where the harnesses cross the seat. There's a Lotus specific vendor that sells one for big guys (Say waist of 36 inches and above).

But for anyone that isn't that big, they're amazingly comfortable. Way more so than my stock seats, other than the width issue. They might not be as plush as the R32 seats, but so much more comfortable than you'd think just looking at the pictures.

    Just my 2 cents FWIW.

Since you're on the other side of the pond, have you tried a Tillett seat?? I used to have them when I raced gokart's. They make a great seat. I bought a set of them and had them shipped over, but I didn't quite fit in those either. If your waist is less than approx 36 in. should be fine for you. Try the Tillett B5.

This is very true I am 6'2" ~215lbs and I am about as big as you can be for this seat, any more and it would be uncomfortable. I took 2 trips to Vegas in these and the drive up to Fastivus last year with no complaints from my passenger or myself

Yeah, I'm 6'3", 240 Lbs... so actually shade past "comfortable fitment". GLWS, those are amazing seats. If I could shrink myself, I'd own 3 of them in a hurry.

I don't know, I have the Wedge Engineering base and it is welded steel so it's around 8-9lbs. I am sure the Sparco base is lighter
