hehehehe, something about that makes me giddy inside.
I have to laugh when someone calls me an a*****e. I've been called far worse than that.

Years ago, I knew I guy that built a kart w/ a 500cc Yamaha XT motor. Pretty nuts. And then there was the guy that put an RD-350 motor on a kart. He was the same guy that put an XL650 motor in a Blaster, and the Blaster motor in a mini-bike. Yeah, he was a little . (ok, a LOT ).

I watched the video of the kart, couldn't figure out where the clutch and shifter were (didn't actually hear it shift). And burning your arm on the motor doesn't look like much fun.

    That looks like a hoot.

Already mentioned, are you able to use a clutch?

You should video a launch.. If I get mine done before you can I will, its my favorite part of the whole ride lol.

This is mine: 125cc Suzuki 6 speed.. old pics, new fmf exhaust, quick release hub and vapor speedo now. My clutch is like a car, 3 pedal setup. You only use it to get out of 1st gear, and down shifting.

I've always wanted to do a project like this!!! but i would build something a little bigger, something i can fit in like a R1 powered golf cart or a gixxer power go-cart!

Nice does not seem too quick, looks like mine.. could be my phone lol.

Seems like you ride the clutch, mine engages abrubtly and right before the pedal is all the way out.. I just dump it and hold on. Try shifting up without the clutch, that alone makes it way funner..

You need to mount your tank on the rear, that scares the crap out of me, if that thing springs a leak or your exhaust burns it, your going to be one cooked dood.

making it a link so I can watch on my phone

    uh.. yea.. no thanks. lol

these things are enough of a death trap with small motors on them, you hit a wall in that and there wont be anything left of the kart or you..
