I got a set of adapters to put G60 front brakes on my Mk1, but they didn't come with instructions. I"m sure I can figure it out, but I wanted to SEE something to make sure I don't make a stupid mistake on my brakes.

Does anyone have pictures of the adapters/spacers installed? Or a doc/pdf file of the instructions.

Yes, I called the supplier, no instructions are available

    First, THANK YOU.

Second: Good grief...no pictures of how the adapters went on. That's what I'm looking for.

Spacers go between the adapter and the brake carrier to properly align the caliper to the rotor. They're a pain to get in place, I put a dab of super glue on mine to hold them while I positioned everything.

Also use loctite on all those bolts, I used red. I have had my bolts back out twice and trashed a wheel. The second time it happened with blue loctite. With the red no issues, but I check them often anyways.

    Thanks for that info.

I take it the adapters go on the back side of the ears of the spindle/knuckle? Meaning if I'm sitting on the ground looking at the spindle, I place the adapter on the BACK side of the original caliper mounting tabs.

Hey those look like I've got. I put the part together on the car yesterday, took a bunch of pictures and sent them to Jman to see if I got it right. I didn't. So when I swap them around, I'll be writing up the whole thing with super detailed pictures and step-by-step everything. Don't want put anyone else through the trouble, but then again, perhaps I'm the only idiot that can't figure it out on my own.
