I pay $62 per month. I'd also put down if you are married cause that made mine go down a ton. Also Orlando is pretty cheap insurance wise in general.

Now, I knew depending on where you live will make the rates vary but damn! Now I really feel raped...I was tempted to drop to lower coverage plan but with all the 100K plus cars I pass by on a daily basis I keep telling myself its better this way... I in Cali they want an arm and a leg even with a clean record

I pay $180 a month for the R, my MK2 and a CBR through Allstate.
Double the state min (the actual #'s escape me right now)
    26yrs
    Decent record

I've been through almost all the big companies over the years. I feel Insurance depends a lot on location and age. I can get USAA but in NJ they just can't compete, their prices are crazy high.

The best way to save money if your current company is trying to screw you is switch to a competitor, you have to start somewhere, and eat a little **** if your young and get your own insurance.

    Insurance Company: Progressive

    Liability/Comprehensive: Full Coverage 100K/300K/100K , 500$ DED

    Age: 28

Tickets/DUIs: None for a very long time

    I pay 62 dollars a month.

My younger brother talked me into doing the progressive snapshot program, and after 30 days of takin it easy on the car I get something like a 300 dollar discount over the year. I am leaving the device plugged in for 6 months and then returning it. Also being a homeowner gets a discount too.

I looked into USAA also, but they couldn't compete with progressive unfortunately.

    Great price, horse sh*t service

Once this period is up, I'm leaving as fast as I can. Progressive is garbage if you ever actually need to file a claim and get work done. I needed to replace my front bumper, and with a $500 deductible it made more sense to file a claim than to pay it out of pocket. Progressive's policy is to have the owner bring the car to one of THEIR collision centers for an estimate, instead of the one that I want the work to be done at. They estimate the work with aftermarket junk parts instead of OEM, and its a bare-bones estimate that includes almost no paint work or other labor. So when I finally take it to the shop I want to do the work, the shop needs a week or so to do their own estimate and then fight with Progressive on how much more $$$ it will actually cost.

Meanwhile, yours truly is without his car and instead I get a rental that Progressive covers up to $40 per day.

Like I said, I'm done with Progressive. This whole f*cking company is backwards

    Yeah you do.

For the first week I put a post-it note on my dash to remind me to drive "more moderately".
