Ntmk3 and his lady came by tonight and helped. Didn't get much done between selling the wheels off the mk1, the beer drinking and the talking but I did get the back all put together. I ordered a vr6 lip from Europe. Got some dual chamber ecodes from Eurosport garage. They will bolt in fine to my new euro core support. Still need a rebar! Anyways...


Took off all the JDMness that was goin on in the front. I NEED a 2 bar badgeless with a metal strip. Pm me. If ya got one.

Threw the blue tails on that pineapple has. I have a set of greens also. But I don't thinkbim gonna run them.



Got the back finished. Gonna order coilovers tomorrow or Monday.

Got my switch installed and started putting the dash together. The neighbors were peaking out of the window a lot at the brightness of the flood lights so I decided it was time to pack it up and finish tomorrow.

Tomorrow entails..

Heater core install(will document this)
Carpet
Dash
Fix some wiring
And might order some front and rear bumpers from APtuning

Got a question for ya. After doing some searching on the tex and google I can't find the answer I need.

But, how much will I have to cut up my na rebar to get it to work with my euro core support?

Also, I ordered a vr6 lip. From the pic it looks to be an "OEM" style as in it's soft plastic. Ecodes, vr lip, ecode harness and a new ebrake and shift boot are on the way.

Still need to do the heater core. And today I'm picking up my door cards and "party" seats. Kinda bummed that they're not high bolster seats, but they will be fine for now. I need to get Mauzer to send me the black grab handles and visors, along with the black non sunroof switch. Pretty sure that was everything.. Lol I'll throw up some pics later

It's half way there dude. Interior was my biggest concern. And I've got all the parts for that. After that, all I gotta do is buff and cut the body. Then wrap the roof and I'm basically done.

Forgot coils,wheels and tires. But I've got something up my sleeve

Made it home! Gotta clean up the stuff I got but that won't be very hard. The seats and door cards are mint! Can't wait to get them in.

Couldn't be happier with the door cards. And the guy I got the stuff off of has a clean hood. It's Windsor blue, but I don't care. The car is getting resprayed in the future

Got most of the dash pieces that I need. I think I'm gonna hit the yard and get the rest.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna throw my old school pioneer deck in there. But who knows.

Yeah buddy! I'm excited to get this thing installed. I'm gonna run my rear fog light too.
