Thanks Paul goes to show there are people in the community that still cool.

Got some work done today. Got the knobs painted, painted the rear parcel shelf an got the new hood on. Then went to my storage locker(full of VW crap) and snagged a new intake boot and some parts for my mk1.
      Pics of said emmkay Juan.

This car will be going under the knife soon. Need to address some rust. An notch the rails for some frame laying

Hood is lined up and closes like a boss.

Painted the textured parts of the knobs. I think it looks killer and breaks up the chrome in a good way.

Then I sanded the parcel tray thingys and shot them with some SEM black

Then I tackled the door locks and got everything wired up and fixed. And come to find out the vac pump is dead. So if you have one on the cheap, pm me

I'll throw up some more pics when I get done tonight.

      Thanks for looking

      Fixed the ghetto intake.

The most hood suspension install I've ever seen. I'm gonna order coils next week.

I keep opening up a can of worms every time I fix something on this car.

But it is a project, so that's expected.

I've ran into ones that have different sized "nipples" coming out of the pump for the vaccum lines.

Maybe next week. I'm gonna try out those cx racing coils. And I'm pretty sure all vac pumps are the same.

Nt found some black bumpers at the yard, so I'm gonna pick them up Friday.

      Nothing else to report. :/

Can't you just pull the stickers off with a heat gun anyways?
