Thread: Can someone help me

I recently ordered a head gasket for my 91 Corrado and misplaced and found another gasket laying around. The gasket I found is a 2.0 8v copper head gasket, will the 2.0 8v head gasket fit ?

To my knowledge the G60 PG motor head gasket is pretty specific to the engine. I would not run anything else.

That being said I am sure someone will chime in with a list of used and blown gaskets.

Use the gasket ment for the PG. It would be ashame if you tried to use something and it didn't hold. Especially on a head gasket job. Its not a quick job.

I've done the 2.0 aba swap with pg head all oil and coolant ports are the same, I personally used a bbm 2.0 head gasket (metal low compression) but what ever your choice use multi layer metal. 2.0 8v you can use and I think 2.0 16v you can use as well.
