    Hey guys

I was wondering what my car might be worth at this ponit - I'm not selling right now but would like to get some opionions on what the car might be worth today.

Other then the large KM's - I can honestly say it is "almost" mint condition inside and out...

brakes are new all around / 2nd timing belt done at 310,000KM - full syn oil since day one

    Here are the details

-2003 20th AE BMP (bought new - I'm the original owner)
    -326 000KM
-body is shaved (badgeless all around)
-OEM euro R32 body kit all around (shave exhaust)
    -koni coilovers
    -CAI
    -2.5 TB
    -APR (stock/91/93/vallet)
-Rotiform BLQ's 18x8.5 (falken 512's 225/40/18) - still have the aristos(new tires) and a set of steels with snows
    - euro M3 style tails
-OEM HID's (with VW plastic rock guards)
    -H2sport spindles
    -monster mats
    -evolution skid plate

here is a photo (now the car has R32 skirts not shown)

Based on personal experience it's only worth what somebody is willing to pay for it. Enthusiast cars like this aren't as cut and dry as using Canadian black book. Again based on experience, it may be worth more in parts than as a whole. Either way, good luck with whatever you decide.

Bump for a good guy, bought some parts off him today and I must say, you would never know by looking at this car that it has that many kms. Absolutely mint car, looks great in person.

    Thanks for the input

my thoughts exactly - the problem for me is the KM I really have nothimg to compare it to out there...

Parting it out would be too much of a pain, as I don't have the place to store it to start rippin it apart - and rippin it up would just make me sad

Just keep it as a daily, it looks great and probably doesn't cost you anything to run it asides from gas.

Yep - keep it. At that kind of mileage no one will give you what its really worth. Friend of mine just bought a TT with 400k!!

Whatever you do just dont part it man, these cars are rare and unique and are part of the VW history so they should be cared and taken care of no matter what the milage is, and besides you should be proud of the milage you have on it and an original owner at that.
Not to many rare models of the cars out there with that kind of milage no matter what the brand is.
Just my two cents sir, hope you keep it.
    Cheers

Mods aside, true wholesale value based on your mileage is around 4k. Not really worth it to sell unless you're going to be realistic about its actual cash value.

irrelevant. the car has been modded. the car should be driven. it is 'just a mk4' at this point. just like every 337 with mismatched silver fenders and the 1.8T GLIs with turbo kits. once you mod it, its not special in the way you are describing.

If you ever decide to part it out shoot me a pm

I'd stick with keeping it. If you need cash, part-out is probably your best bet.

Even with the special edition 20th with all the mods... considering in the states people with modded and mint 20ths sell their cars fairly cheap from $6k-$10k with low kms. The kms are definitely your downfall. In Canada, i'd say the average person would pay $5k-$6k with all the mods. Someone on the forum would probably pay around $8k. But again, the kms kill the car unfortunately. That being said, a back to stock part-out and sale of a stock 20th would be your best route. OR keep it! You're the first owner...might as well be the last.
    FUKUR $0.02, that shi1 crayAWWns!

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, the values that you mention were in the same ball park I was thinking.
I've decided to keep it for at least another 1-2 years I mean everytime I get in it I always have a change of heart...
I guess being 36 years old I should be looking at something more mature

    Cheers!
