Battery cover, fuse box cover, front lip, front grille emblem, hood, rear spoiler.....

Ok so after a lot of research, phone calls and emails I have found that no one makes a true carbon fiber hood. They are all fiberglass with one layer of carbon fiber over the top. You can even look at VIS and their description on ebay. I find this very shocking since they want $700+ for them.
That brings me to my next point. what pieces do you to see made in carbon fiber since I have decided to have my shop make true 100% carbon fiber pieces. No fillers or fiberglass.
So tell me....what do you want in carbon fiber?

no need to sell a kidney lol....I am goin to be keeping the parts at a reasonable price...im a working man myself and dont have boat loads of money....the main reason I am venturing into cf is for that reason and to make parts the aftermarket doesnt
that being said....i am just looking for a donor car in the area or someone to lend a few parts for mold making

Parts can be expensive, but if there is demand, and one can make a fair number of them, it's worth it...
I was actually talking to a contact who makes their own CF parts, mostly for Mini's, to see about making my BSH heat shield / seal part out of CF instead of the metal... still need to get that moving at some point, but if this goes well![]()

A thread on TCL got me thinking... how ridiculous would a hood with any ventilation be on the B6?
My last car was a 2011 tC and Seibon jumped on that model like a madman, look at the list of CF parts for it:
http://seiboncarbon.com/products/scion/tc/
I already think it would be pointless (unless someone can show me otherwise) but would there be any benefit to adding any venting to the hood? I know as you upgrade/chip/K04 you need a bigger intercooler, but would a vent on the passenger side, something like a NACA duct??
In a food coma and thinking out loud... feel free to ignore.

Someone posted above the lip spoiler, but I'd like a roof spoiler to match. So x2 for the trunk lip spoiler and add the roof spoiler in there too.
