Hello Peter! (I will copy and paste this on every thread you seemed it necessary to post on?)

In attempts to save a few bucks I had the parts dept at my work ship YOUR shocks and another persons springs. I assumed all was good as I received a PM from the other party stating they received their springs.

Either way, I see you said you emailed me in question to where you shocks were. But You should of sent a PM to me, (which is the same way you purchased these, so a bit confused) as my email acct is old and only used for my paypal and heck I hardly get on a computer anymore and only use my phone.

Either way i will find out monday for sure what happened. But you took the appropriate steps and filed a claim so its all good! All Communication will further be on Paypal Resolution Center.
