I hate my ziza led license plate lights. They have a blue tint to them and are not bright enough in my opinion. I payed $50 for them befor I knew about buying LEDs on eBay...

Installed platinum white h7 zizas and after all my tinkering I don't feel they are bright enough. Not bright at all. Opinions?

I have the racing dash LED modules from ECS in for almost 2 years and i absolutely love them. They are bright as FACK, and are white with a hint of blue, looks strcitly oem as compared to my neighbors LS460 and IS350 with oem license plate LEDs. Initially i thought $50 for license plate LEDs, god damn! But after having them for so long, no flicker, no error codes, completely reliable for almost 2 years, it was money well spent.
These are some OLD pics of my car (just goes to show i've had these forever!) but you can see how bright the LEDs are;

Yup Racing Dash as well from ECS and they are incredibly bright for being a year old. Never had an issue with them and great quality product.

I'm going to try and see if ECS will replace my Ziza's with those ones. I tried contacting ECS directly to no avail but I purchased a pair of Ziza license plate bulbs a couple months ago and they have already burnt out. As an LED light this should NOT have happened. I would love a reply from ECS about this situation and how it can be resolved.

I did post in that thread, I've also sent them emails. I know their reputation and have been part of the VW community long enough to know when to bash someone, which I am not doing here. I'm just really upset that I have yet to hear back from them because, as you said, they're usually pretty good about things like that.

I see your post now, and just checking haha. I know from experience with bad service that things can get heated, I for one tend to speak my mind...sometimes a little too much. I honestly don't see why they haven't responded...not Sure what days/hours the person works that manages their vortex page, but I would start getting pretty ticked off myself if I didn't get a reply. Good luck, hopefully they take care of you.
