clear it after rusting it keeps it from dribbling on your wheels when it rains and stuff.

I srsly don't mind ratstyle, it's a nice change from all the shaved marshmallows everyone is striving for.

There are better examples of this fad then what the op posted.
When executed well, i think its kinda cool.
Never understaded it though.
