Anyone have an existing Vodafone account?

Awhile back I purchased an iPhone 4 which turned out to be locked with Vodaphone. I had a feeling the guy was lying when he said it was locked with AT&T, but I was going to unlock it with Gevey sim so it didn't really matter. I recently found out that Vodafone is willing to unlock iPhone 4's if you are an existing customer. Since I currently live in the states though I'm not a Vodafone customer. My question is if anyone on the forums from the UK that has a Vodaphone account can fill the request form with my iPhone's info. I'm willing to send you some Euros for the hassle via PayPal, I just want my phone unlocked.
