Ok whoever wants a pan send me an email right now. We have now confirmed that our order of 30 oil pumps will be shipped to us on July 6th . Assume shipping from here will be 1 week later ...lets call it July 13th for simplicity sake.

Need to get this ball rolling 2DAY!

You & everyone else! This has been such an amazing case of :

Sorry I did not update this sooner. Chad posted on the INA fb page and I replied to him there . Just assumed most if not all of you were following:

So now all the pans (the remaining 25) need to be modified to include the 12V location (as we have more 12V guys asking for these pans than the 24V guys) AND have an additional turbo drain plug welded in. I was hoping to have the pans back last week Monday (24th) but that did not happen....its basically been delay after delay. And no you will not need a dipstick as I will be supplying a billet MKV dipstick to work with the pan alongside the pump.
You tell me a time frame that works for you and I will do my best to make it happen.
5 vortex members got pans (one of which is an advertiser here) and gave me the feedback I needed. The pans were in welding Friday night getting the modifications I needed done. Ideally I could have made 2 or even 3 separate oil pans but from what I learnt with respect to the 1.8T pan I did 4 years ago , it is much better to make a universal part than a application specific part. All I can ask is that all of you be a little bit more patient....

This is getting tiresome. I along with many others have told you we require no pumps, and want these asap. This is becoming a serious dragging of the feet issue. When will these pans be available to actually buy, and receive.

I'm in the same boat. I think I'm at 8 months so far on mine. My block is still at the machine shop and the car is still in a thousand pieces.

As much as it hurts me to think about it IT would be a good sales point to take a junker vr6 bolt up a new pan to it and smash it into somthing to show how well it holds up.

Pictures are worth 1000 words, just a thought im interisted to see how these things hold up against some impact!
