I might be going on vacation the week of the 24th so I'm not sure I'll make it.

So I see that the number of attendees is limited this year. I just want to understand as I have two tickets already... Am I allowed to bring two cars this year? Because I am just one person with two cars. LOL

.... and I will just have my family at the park and not "attending" if that makes it easier.

Actually, since you are one person, we'd only need one ticket for you. What this whole mess comes down to is the fact that we need to have a solid headcount of how many people are showing up, so when Parks comes and checks on our set-up/attendance, we can show a list of people who have checked in and who we are responsible for. So while you have 2 cars, you only need one ticket technically. The cars are not the issue, its the amount of people...if we have 500+ were running into a bulk more work, hurdles to overcome and a LOT of money to spend to receive a Mass Gathering Permit.

Yes, an A5 Audi is awesome. Mk5 base model Jetta, meh, it's no Audi.

We've got a HUGE update for you. One that we think will be for the better of the show. Due to Liberty park's, "limitations", we decided that it didn't fit our needs. Who are they to say that we can't gather and have a good time? So, we are now rolling Saturday's and Sunday's events into one, Saturday out at Miller. They are graciously allowing us to continue on with our show and shine, Auto X, Free BBQ, and a couple of other up and coming things that we are EXTREMELY excited about. Also, that means that the, "Limit Cap" on attendance has been lifted. We sincerely hope that this takes care of peoples concerns.

Please, please, please, share this with your friends so that they can know ahead of time and plan accordingly.

      Also Vincere:

      and CSD Audio:

Have both stepped up to the plate as ESF12 Sponsors. We are extremely excited and grateful for their support. Please show your support for them by heading to the Facebook pages and giving them a 'like'.
