First Car, Missing Some Key Parts. Help Please.

Hello, my name is Tony and I recently bought my first car, 2003 VW Golf. 4 door Automatic. I am missing the three headrest in the backseat, the cup holder above the cd player is broken and the armrest has literally been ripped off. It seems to me I would have to replace the entire armrest console all the way down to the metal on the floor it was bolted to. I would like any information on where to get these parts.

Also, when I accelerate, or press my foot on the gas I hear somewhat of a squealing sound, any ideas on what that could be?
