i have never seen anyone discuss that you could enable opening or closing your windows when ever you want from the inside. is this an enabled stock feature? i'm still going to play around with it to see if it works when i lock myself in the car etc. but i guess i enabled this by accident and didnt even realise it until i found it by accident.

It definitely works. I'm bored at work so I went and tried it.

It says there that you still have to have the key in the ignition to do the windows, but I can still work the windows with the key out of the ignition as long as I don't open the doors.

I don't really see the point on two door models. All you have to do is use your pointer/middle finger and push the buttons briefly. One touch up/down takes care of the rest.

Yea I did read that. I'm saying I can drive the car, get home and take the key out of the ignition, and as long as I don't open the doors I can open and close the windows. Not all with one button, but individually.

That's normal. Mk4's do it too.

I was responding to nickbeezy's comment. When closing windows from remote it's ONE touch (hold) and it closes ALL windows from either INSIDE or OUTSIDE.
