if you're sweating, then you have fluids to sweat out, meaning you are hydrated.
also, you might just sweat more than other people
A little about me.
190lbs at the moment
i live a pretty active lifestyle as im a construction worker.
i eat lots of fruits, protein and carbs throughout the day and drink about 1 gallon of water while at work.
my question is why do i feel so dehydrated at work when i eat healthy and drink nothing but water. my cloths seem to be wet from sweating all day long when everyone else looks dry.
If you're still thirsty after drinking all that water you may need to replace some electrolytes.
I like nuun tablets. A better blend of stuff than gatorade, cheaper, no sugar, only 6 calories per serving.
Drop it in a bottle of water and wait 2 minutes.
Also great for hangovers.
I find them to be very thirst quenching. One bottle of nuun water is as satisfying as 2 or 3 regular glasses of water.
^^ you sound like a salesman but i really think i may have to try those
re-hydrating with water is more than efficient for your activity level.
the notion that we need Gatorade to replace electrolytes after every time we sweat or go for a job is marketing propaganda and it works WELL! these products are unnecessary and overpriced.
if you are sweating a lot, you are not dehydrated, you are plenty hydrated. When you stop sweating, then you should worry
