You need to get them hosted somewhere first. You can use any number of free services for this - flickr, picasa, etc.
Then, get the URL of the image, not of the page that it's on at the host, and when you're posting here, simply insert that URL in between the [ img ] and [ /img ] tags (without the extra spaces) and your image will appear in your post.

The answer to that is going to vary by what service you use. There are many free ones, and each of them works a little differently.
