Thanks, the good doctor(the guy that owns that black supercharged Viper Coupe) keeps telling me I need to go out there.

I may check it out this weekend. I've gotten to the point where I'm just conditioned to get up early to go to C&C. That's just not right.

I'm glad to see Fair Lakes is still growing. I went to the first few meets there before moving back to PA.

Expenses in F1 have gone down since the 1960s because teams don't need an extra pit crew to help the driver carry around his balls when he is not in the car.

A small and briefish turnout this past weekend with the crazy thunderstorm. Here's some quick snaps.

I may have to check out Fair Lakes this weekend. Great Falls C&C is getting a bit hectic for my tastes.

Yea but the guy showed up when the place was packed to capacity and procedded to trailer that thing all the way down the main row. Why not just take the tractor off the trailer and drive it in if he was so intent on showing it at a car show.

Sadly, it would have been the highlight of the show for me had I been there. I love, love, LOVE old John Deere tractors. We had a 1950's Model A John Deere when I was growing up. So many memories of that tractor, it was like a part of our family. 2-cylinder motor and it would pull anything, anywhere and had that unmistakable engine note. I WILL own one again when I have enough land to justify it.

Not saying it wasn't pretty, it was just the way the owner brought it to the show and the fact that it's not "Machinery and Coffee"

By the way...Douche of the week goes to the Mustang 5.0 with the license plate "AD1DAS." Going down the main line constantly dropping your clutch while having your HID (in reflector housing) lights on in their full glory. I think you almost hit a kid.

Well played. Can't say I disagree with you... HOWEVER if there were a Machinery and Coffee, I would probably geek the eff out!
