Roommate is the Worst!

Hello to all off topic and car lounge friends, it's me your buddy Tim Fancy look for sympathetic ear and maybe story about your experience with bad roommate.
For three year I live in two bedroom apartment that is fairly nice with horrible bastard Greg. Horrible Greg is very bad person and drinks too much and always sad.
Greg smashed Christmas tree drinking in December and has sex with my step sister many times very loud. Many tenant are making complaint of Greg rubbing on them in elevator.
I talk to Greg before singing of new lease in beginning of month of April and I say "Greg, I love you like brother and think you need to fix life, become good person, no drinking, stop making love to sister of Tim, rubbing up on people in elevators, yelling at tv radio and computer, being mean about fridge space, taking nude picture of self with Tim's phone for joke, not shower and smell".
Greg say "I will change Tim, don't give up, I am good person" and I believe because Greg only real life friend that know my secrets and his name is on lease.

What is your roommate like? Should I keep giving chances and keep friend take care of Greg? Greg will probably get us evict and then I have to get small apartment that not have in suite washer and dry for clothes or diswash either.

The only roommate I have had in the last 6-7 years has been my gf.
No problems.
Even when I had other roommates years ago, they were like brothers and we had no issues.

I know the feeling man.

My roommate
Still lives with us, 7months now. Hasn't washed cloths yet. Showers every few days. His room smells alot, like a fog that rolls out of the room when he opens it. He eats in there, and has crusty plates everywhere for which we yell at him about it and he cleans it up. Constantly has a space heater on... its freakin April...

I tell him to do something, anything, minor chores and he tells me hes busy.

My other roommate frebreezes his room when he goes to work for the 2-6 hours a week he works as a pizza guy. She sprays it on the couch after he's been there all night too.

His car smells so bad it makes me want to vomit, (piles of fast food bags) and he always parks behind me as I work at 6am every morning and he is only up and awake between 5pm and 5:30am.

And to top it all off, he makes no money, is paying rent with school loans. Found some way to buy 1500 dollar plane tickets to Africa before he even had a passport. "still in the mail" I don't think hes been to the doc for the required shots ect.

Oh, and the kicker. He's dating my girlfriends sister who is just like him.


Did I mention the weekly football practices he goes to where..... a few hours before hes vomiting in the toliet because of nerves before the game... Every single time...

I lived in a house where there were 6 of us total...I was the only female. The house was 2800sq ft so plenty of room, and luckily one of the 5 guys was my boyfriend. But ugh...that was awful. Passive aggressive crap, destroying my pots and pans (and leaving their nasty fried food in them on the stove for days), the list goes on. College living...I don't miss that one bit.

The best part though was when the BF and I packed up the kitchen, ninja style. We were the first ones to move in so everything in there was ours. On a Saturday night we packed it all. We left paper plates and plastic untensils but that's it. Lol's were had by us when we heard them fighting over the single actual spoon left
