So I saw an ad in the paper for Subways April special a $5.00 Footlong Bacon, Egg & Cheese flatbread...

I gotta say it does look pretty sweet!

I love their breakfast sandwiches on flatbread. They have a $3 special for a 6" + Coffee. I get the Western Egg (Ham, Eggs, Cheese, Peppers, Southwest Sauce)

I also love the Southwest Chicken footlong. I get it with Olives, Spinach, Onions and Jalapenos.

yesterday had a flatbread sandwich. i love it! its doughy but not overly bready, just enough chew, but not super thin that there is no starch. i think i have a new sandwich bread preference. think of the bread like a thicker version of a greek style pita bread.

made a 6 inch flatbread with turkey, ham, no cheese, baby spinach, tomato, onion, short peppers, jalapenos, olives, sweet relish style peppers and a smear of lite mayo.
