anyone else have this, my mounts look to be in good shape, i have a new set waiting to go in, but mine still look good.....

in between on and off load i hear a tink, clank sound....not real loud, sounds like metal on metal but it concerns me anyway....i think its always been there, and it doesnt always do it....depends on how i shift...

    any hints?

I hear a similar sound from my exhaust when I blip the throttle and again when I let off. I also have a loose brake disc rain shield that sometimes rattles at those moments too.

So it's not necessarily mount related.

near the catalytic converter, there is a rubber hanger that holds the exhaust in place.
If that hanger breaks, the cat can touch the torsion bar...resulting in noise.

Check the rubber hanger to see if its intact.

That is usually the exhaust flange on the catalytic convertor hitting the guard.
Grounds, Grounds, Grounds Replace them things.
Divorces, Great Coffee, and Electrics, all start with GOOD Grounds.

    Where are my grounds ?
