Short version -

I ordered a sub enclosure on 1/12/12

It is now 4/10/12 and I have yet to receive a refund or the product. Despite Carlos claiming to the BBB that he would send both (Read response from him below on BBB Case Forms).

Also, the reason with is says case resolved is because the BBB give you 10 days after the company responds to say if the response was satisfactory. I was waiting for the tracking numbers that were promised and didn't respond to the BBB until the 10 days were up. The case is being re-opened and marked against the firm for a lack of response.

Carlos, I have been emailing and calling for weeks now without any type of response.

I just want to know what is going on with my order. I ordered Jan 13th and not even 3 hours later I received a phone call by your staff member to gather information about my sub. I told them and they said it would ship out the following day! I can't imagine even if it went out Monday that shipping could possibly take that long.

If it is going to be a hassle to get my product, refund my money so I can take my business elsewhere.

I have filed a complaint with my Bank to recover the funds. Which is already in process. So this is a fair warning, do not order from Carlos or you will have more of a headache than you want on top of the fact that you will never receive your product.



[SIZE=4]If you are looking for a Sub Enclosure, I went through ICON Audio and received this in about a week and a half. Custom made for my chosen subwoofer, matches the carpet great and fitment was spot on.
