    Hi,

I'm doing the headlight leveling system on my car.

I have the E-Codes, Rheostat Switch, Leveling Motors and Wiring that goes from rheostat to headlight harness.

My question is, do I really need the Power Up 10-10 Pin adapter?? .... If I were to place the rheostat wires into slot 5 on my existing headlight harnesses wouldn't it work all the same??

Not sure what you are asking? You have to wire up power and ground to the motors.

Yes you need them. They are spliced to give power and ground to the leveling motors. When you get the harness you will see some purple extrusions on the connector side that plugs into the oem harness on your car. Break them off with pliers. These will prevent them from connecting properly. Trust me, I just went through an extensive ordeal with wiring up some OEM HID Replicas with leveling motors from Volx Tuning
