um my car has been leaking a little oil for about three months now......i would check the oil every week (sometimes multiple times in a week) i took my car to the mechanic and one mechanic told me it was my turbo so when i decided i was going to do my timing belt i brought my car to another shop to get it done......this mechanic said my turbo was going (also make a note my car has 100,200 miles) so i brought my car to a body shop to get my front bumper repainted and i asked the mechanic in this shop to see what he felt the issue was with the oil,and this mechanic felt that it was my head gasket......
i have had the car since august never thrown any codes or anything, no pistons miss-firing the car still pulled strong......how would i know that my head gasket is failing?

it's unlikely that it's the head gasket... most likely one of the many seals in the top end that are leaking causing the oil consumption issue... turbos are a possibility as well if they're in bad shape.
time to find a shop that knows the 2.7T

most likely it is a leaky valve cover gasket timing chain gasket or cam seal i doubt it is ur turbo, but is posible. are u seeing it out the tail pipe or inter cooler piping?

Probably not head gasket. buy one of those back light testers. you pour some stuff into your oil and wear some glasses with a blacklight.. whereveer you see it's illuminated, that's your leak.
