The teaser for Johnson's latest is due to arrive on Thursday but the teaser for the teaser is available now, featuring Johnson and leading man Joseph Gordon-Levitt talking about the film while cutting in a bit of footage.

In the futuristic action thriller Looper, time travel will be invented - but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a "looper" - a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) - is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good... until the day the mob decides to "close the loop," sending back Joe's future self (Bruce Willis) for assassination.
Given the content of the film is it really too much to ask that they just skip this teaser-teaser step and jump right to sending the actual teaser back to today from Thursday? JGL can shoot it if he wants, I just as that he let me watch it first.

Looks decent. Good concept, good actors but for some reason it didn't look as good as I thought it would.

    Doesn't look too bad.

JGL sure knows how to pick 'em. He's starred in Mysterious Skin, Manic, Brick, The Lookout, 500 Days of Summer, Inception (okay, not the lead man), 50/50, and now Looper. An impressive resume for such a young actor.
