Is there a way that i can run jumper wires off of a jumper box and raise my power window in my door up with it being out of the car. I pulled the door with the window down to not break the glass but now I'm trying to part it out and with the window all the way down i can't get any tools in there to loosen the clamps on the regulator to get the glass out. I have a bentley but I'm terrible with wiring diagrams.

    Thanks in advance.

you're probably better off trying to connect the harness to a working car... (open the existing door, unplug it, walk the parts door up as close as you can, plug, and roll...) these power windows have controllers built in, that require 4 or 5 different wires to be hooked up.

F@ck I was hoping that wouldn't be the answer. Idk that you'd be able to connect it without ****ing something up with a door on. That door jam is a tight fit. If anyone else knows anything about running jumper wires from a jumper box to pins please help me out.

    Muchas gracias en advancio

If the door is getting trashed, just cut out a chunk of metal or use a hole saw to gain access to the window bolts.
Even if you're using the door again you'll never see a couple of new holes under the door card.

You can just use a cordless drill's battery. I know you said you don't like wiring diagrams, but I'm not trying to dig through them myself either. Figure out which wire requires 12v in the door harness, connect that to the cordless drill's + side, and the ground wire for the harness to the negative side. I use the same method to drain gas tanks when needed.

Its not so much that i don't like them its that I dont know how to read them. If I knew how to read them I would have no problem taking a looksy and figuring it out. Theres a lot of pins there to play trial and error but its looking like thats what I might have to do. if anyone has had this problem and knows off the top of your head thatd be great

youre advising he do this the hard way.

take the motor off of the regulator, hold the cable pulley in place and move the window up. thats all. with the motor off they move freely

not even that, take the door card off (if you took the door off you better know how to do this), loosen the two bolts that hold the clamps on the windows, push up the window a tiny bit, then pull it the rest of the way out from the top. done...

im saying that based on my understanding that you want the glass, not just to have it roll up...

I tried doing that. the window is down too far to get a socket or a wrench on those nuts.

So drill 2 holes right above those 2 bolts so you can put a socket on it...
