    Originally called “Wustefest” (German for “Desert Gathering”), Wuste has quickly become one of the largest gathering of Volkswagen, Audi, and other European enthusiasts in the United States. Wuste2012, the sixth year of the event, is on pace to have more than 4,000 attendees with over 1,300 cars registered for the People’s Choice Show & Shine… where all eligible, everyone can vote, and anyone can win!

    Dates: Friday, June 1 - Sunday, June 3 (Show & Shine will be held Saturday late-afternoon)
    Host Hotel: Palace Station Hotel & Casino (Booking information: www.Wuste.com/hotel, Rooms starting as low as $50/night + taxes/fees)

    Premier Parking is awesome because it makes sure you and your car are in the right area at the right time... Also, shirts are going to likely be $20 this year, which means the effective cost of supporting the event financially AND the spot is only $15.

    the registration link isnt working, also...i want to bring one car, but it may not be put back together in time, is that going to effect my registration? (ie, register one car but show up in a different car)
    the VW community ain't what it used to be, it has turned into competition rather than camaraderie....
    Too bad VW stopped building cars in 1992...they might have been on to something.

    I dont know what all that Jazz is about but I booked my room in the tower last night! WOOT WOOT

    Also is registration. Is that different than getting parking? We are getting group parking but just wondering if I need to register my car seperate?

    EVERYONE needs to register. That is to get in to the system so your car can be in the lot.

    Brandon, for those of us who have purchased the premier parking package, will we need to bring a second receipt or confirmation with us when we check in (other than the general registration everyone has to complete)?
