How tight are you supposed to tighten valve stems?

So I have the standard sized valve stems from BFI.

Pete helped me out a lot but unfortunately, he did not remember the specs for how tight the valve stems need to be. They are going on my BBS Rs's and I am throwing the tires on this weekend. Is there a certain torque spec that i should use? Should I use some blue thread locker as well?

Just a little past finger tight man. If you have ever tightened stuff before, you know that "right feel"

And thats enough? I feel like that would get loose after a few 1000 miles. Unless the loctite is involved
