Control Module Incorrectly Coded 2007 mkv gti

Hi there, So i have a problem. last year my j519 module died on a me and was replaced. The shop that did so did not code it properly, so i beleive this is why my sunroof, headlight washers, and heated seats are not working.
any advice on where i can get the proper coding?

Activate needle illumination in ALL MICRONAS cluster since 2004 up to 2010. Activate STAGING for all NEC cluster since 2008 even if not availabe in adaptation chanel.

the problem lies with the sunroof,heated seats, and headlight washers not working.
the people who coded my car put the wrong code in.. In short they messed up by not saving the original code then put a code of another car.
Or are you saying the radio could be causing this issue? I know its a aftermarket waywell. thats why I assumed that came up
