As promised, new sonograph photos for my appointment tomorrow
^^^^^ PHOTO 1: To the right is my testicle, looks how rammed in the corner it is by that big blank space to the left of it- that's the hydrocele that feels like it's crushing my nut.
^^^^^^ PHOTO 2: That's my boy right there, surrounded entirely by liquid that shouldn't be there and is swelling my sack up to the size of a baseball now.
^^^^^^ PHOTO 3: Radiologist was unable to figure out what these two spots are, they said it's not a tumor or cancer, but they will find out during the operation.

Even though I have no memory of my hydrocell, I feel for you man. I had a large hydrocell when I was an infant. Apparently a really large one for my size. Initially my parents thought that I was just *exceptionally* well endowed.
Hrm. I wonder if this is connected to the fact that I have a large scrot...?
Good news! Went to see the Urologist at 11 this morning, he took new sonograph images and decided I needed to hydrocele removed asap and at 2pm this afternoon I had the operation. Went under general anesthesia and the operation was done in about 40 minutes. Fortunately they didn't have to put a drainage tube hanging out my scrotum for the first 24 hours. Incision is about 2 inches long and the doctor stitched it up nicely.
Doctor told me to stay off my feet as much as I can for the next 48 hours and keep my balls iced as often as possible for the first 24 hours. Wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought. Pain is about a 2/10 with the pain meds and the only discomfort I feel is a slight tightness in my sack from the stitches.
Great. They'll have you singing soprano in no time.

It got blackholed pretty fast, so you're probably the first legitimate poster of the pills.
