Just bought a house and I'm selling some parts I have laying around.
Bought from Germany since they 4 spoke steering wheels with paddle shifters. This allows you to use your current 4 spoke airbag and get paddles instead of buying a whole 3 spoke setup.
Please review the airbag compatibility thread to make sure your airbag will fit this steering wheel (thread is about 3 spoke airbag compatibility but applies to 4 spoke as well):

Notice that this steering wheel has the 2 small "guide posts"
This steering wheel should also be compatible with other Audi car models (A3, A4, Q5, A6)

my car never came with paddle shifter, if i install this would it work or do i need to buy anything else?

you will need to perform a vagcom coding to enable the paddle shifters.
