Hey,

The car is a 2.0 16v transplant. TT chip and exhaust. Nuespeed cam.

I have been dealing with the "car stalls for no reason when you put your foot on the clutch to come to a stop" problem for about two years.

I have tried different ISV's, swapped out different ECU's, both chipped and stock. I've replaced all vacuum hoses.

Finally tested fuel pressure and System pressure was good. Differential pressure with the DPR disconnected was good.

Bentley says that Diff pressure with the DPR connected ignition on should be 18.9 to 20 something PSI less then system pressure, and that there should be a reading of 100ma coming from the DPR.

My readings are 16 PSI less system pressure and 96.3ma. Here is my question. Are these variances significant? They aren't within the test parameters but they aren't that far out either. Are these differences enough to call the DPR bad?

Thanks
