changing tire size- bigger tire-chime in please

factory size 215/55-16 Considering 215/60-16

25.3'' dia 26.1'' dia

all other specs work; width, load, weight etc.

So was thinking change to a slightly taller tire (more sidewall) to increase ground clearance(3/8 inch) while it may also look better on this larger vehicle. Also going high-perf all season so I think they'll look good.

beside the speedo, are there any other prob's i may run into? comments please

also thinking, maybe push them out just a bit with spacers.

(the car looks like its on little donuts that are hidden inside the fenders, odd looking at times considering its a large wagon.)

Well you already know about the Speedo.. Only other thing is that you might rub when the suspension is loaded
