paint strip them, then wash off all the paint, down to the aluminum, then polish them

Anyone know the beat way of doing it? I bought a set and the PO spray painted them black. I know it can be done but whats le best way?

You can go onto Harbor Freight's website and buy most (if not all) of the products you need to polish aluminum.
