F/S 99 Mk4 Golf 2.0 (doesn't run)

I have a 99 Mk4 Golf with a 2.0 5 speed. The car is in good shape other than the engine. No rust, a few small dents and blemishes. The interior is in good shape with the exception of a few minor things that could be fixed. I'm not 100% sure what's wrong with the engine but I do know the water pump seized and threw timing. I replaced the pump timing belt and thermostat but I can't get it to start. Anybody that is interested please make me an offer. I have one pic that I can send and I can get more if needed. Also, the car only has 78,000 miles and nearly new tires (probably only a few thousand miles) I have only had the car for about 2 months and I just don't want to deal with it right now.
