Throttle body bypass piping!

I have a question,
I saw on some picture, that some people removed the piping from the throttle body bypass to the supercharger.
I removed my canister, because valve and vaccum was damadge!
What happend when you removed this tube?
What do you do with the ISV, I saw that some people put a little K&N on it, now I'm plug in the return of the intercooler!
The emission control valve and the crakcase ventilation, I saw on some pics here that a lot of people put a little air filter on it and that's it.
Maby I did'nt search the good things on archives, but I did'nt find anything on that subject!
I want to know if most of you just put a air filter on it and want to know how the engine will run without all this stuff removed.
Thanks!
Phil
