Seller not selling items, stopped responding to contact??

tried to buy a valve cover from the marketplace, seller stated that if i sent him payment before 2pm on 4-6-2012 that he would ship it out that day. i promptly sent him $50 via paypal on 4-06-2012 at 7am/10am eastern time.

couple of days go by and i hear nothing from the seller, nothing in the thread stating item sold or any kind of response after i sent the money thru paypal.

I sent him a message asking if he shipped my valve cover and if i can get a tracking number and i got this response on 4-11-2012

Sorry, I actually got caught up with some important stuff at work and I havent had the chance to get to the post office.. I plan on making a trip there tomorrow during lunch to mail out a few other packages along with yours. I will Pm you tracking

never received another message so i sent him one again on 4-14-2012
