did you check the DIY? i think i recall seeing one in the mk5 section on how to get the button to work

Enable phone button 06 passat

I wanted to know if anyone can help me out, I would like to know how to activate phone button on my steering wheel. I have read and looked thru here but come up emtpy. I have added the RNS-510
and have added the 9w7 module and everything works great. Maybe this is not possible? I have read
about newer 09+ models but I have the 06 passat with red MFD. Any help would be appreciated.
