Just go to ur local dealer and have them flash it. Then u won't have to do that anymore.

I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier... simply drive with the heat on level one. I turn the dial to defrost. No more warm stall! LOL. It works if you know you're going to be stopping and starting the car a lot.

same problem once in a while went to the dealer to get a re-flash and they tried to tell me i had a vacuum leak i said no and left, it doesn't happen enough for me to be bothered by it supposedly if you get your car chipped the problem will go away

I called a dealler a while back. thought i heard their was a recall for it and wanted to make sure the previous owner took the car in for any. I asked if their was a recall for the warm stall. I was told no. Found out it was a bulletin out for the warm stall called back and the guy finally figured it out and said bring it in. I aked the price and it was like $300.
Seeing how most flashes fix it for the same price i and i don't want to spend $300 i said screw it

Yep, I went to a dealership today and even had the TSB number, but they coudn't find any updated software CDs that they would possess to do the flash. The BDF engine was only used for a few years in select cars, so good luck.
